THE BARS
AT SAN PEDRO
SQUARE MARKET

The Bars at San Pedro Square Market is downtown San Jose's premier drinks destination — four distinct bars under one roof at 100 N Almaden Ave. Whether you're after top-shelf tequila, a deep whiskey list, 30 rotating craft beers on tap, or a loft-like cocktail lounge, San Pedro Square Market has a bar for it. It's about a 10-minute walk from SAP Center, making it a natural stop before or after a game, concert, or downtown night out.

Four bars, one destination

San Pedro Square Market brings together Alma Tequileria, Three Sisters Bar, San Pedro Market Bar, and Market Beer Company in a single walkable plaza in the heart of downtown San Jose. Each bar has its own identity, but they share the same market, the same patios, and the same easy energy — so a night here can move from tequila to whiskey to craft beer without ever leaving the block.

Three Sisters Bar is the market's whiskey bar, set in the old "Garage" space and named for the three daughters of San Jose's first mayor, Thomas Fallon, whose historic house still stands across the street. It has a spacious outdoor patio and a whiskey, beer, and cocktail list built for both a quiet solo drink and a bigger group.

Why San Pedro Square Market

The market itself is a big part of the draw. It's an open-air food and drink hall in the center of downtown San Jose, with live music, mixed indoor/outdoor seating, and enough food vendors nearby that a bar crawl here doesn't require leaving for dinner. That mix — four bars, food options, live music, and outdoor space — is what makes it work for everything from a first date to a 12-person group after work to a pre-game crowd headed to SAP Center.

Good for groups, easy to find

Because the four bars sit around the same plaza, it's simple to coordinate a group where everyone wants something different — tequila drinkers, whiskey drinkers, and beer drinkers can each get what they want and still sit together. The market is centrally located in downtown San Jose with nearby parking and easy access from SAP Center, making it a straightforward meeting point for out-of-town guests or a downtown happy hour.
